Please bring the filled-out paperwork with you to the first session or email back for virtual sessions. The first part of the evaluation session will be a meet and greet type interview. This will help to create an occupational profile as well as establish a plan and goals; Standardized testing and clinical observation will follow.  A follow up session will be scheduled before concluding the process. Results will be sent via email for the family to read prior to the follow up session.
